Advertising Management Pricing
Our advertising management pricing applies to most advertising platforms and services, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, ChatGPT Ads, Streaming TV Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns.
Under $6,000/month in ad spend: $600/month management fee
$6,000 - $29,999/month in ad spend: 10% of monthly ad spend
$30,000+/month in ad spend: Custom pricing based on account complexity and management requirements
Accounts spending more than $30,000 per month are quoted individually. Management fees typically start at $3,000 per month and are based on campaign complexity, platform mix, reporting requirements, and overall account scope.
Campaign Setup: If a campaign requires initial setup, a one-time setup fee ranging from $250 to $1,000 may apply depending on the complexity of the account, tracking requirements, platform configuration, and campaign structure.
Please Note: These fees cover advertising management only and do not include advertising spend. Advertising spend is paid directly to the advertising platform by the client through their own billing account. We do not mark up advertising spend or act as a reseller of advertising media.
Advertising management fees also do not include creative services such as graphic design, video production, photography, copywriting, landing page development, or other advertising assets. If creative elements are needed, they will be quoted separately based on the scope of work required.
Streaming TV Advertising Pricing
Streaming TV advertising follows our standard advertising management pricing structure; however, a minimum monthly advertising budget of $5,000 is typically required for Streaming TV campaigns.
This helps ensure sufficient reach and frequency across connected TV platforms such as Hulu, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Pluto TV, Tubi, and other streaming services.
Please Note: Depending on the advertising platform and media buying requirements, OEPMA may be required to pay advertising costs directly to the media provider on your behalf. In these situations, the advertising budget may need to be paid in advance prior to campaign launch. Any such requirements will be discussed and approved before the campaign begins.
Website Design & Optimization Pricing
Website projects typically range from $1,000 to $25,000 depending on the scope of work and your existing digital assets.
Factors that influence pricing include whether you already have a website, hosting, content, branding, photography, and other resources in place. Additional considerations include design complexity, content creation requirements, e-commerce functionality, custom integrations, and project timelines.
Some businesses simply need updates to an existing website, while others require a complete website build from the ground up. Because every project is different, we provide customized proposals based on your specific goals and requirements.
Website Billing: Website projects are typically billed with 50% due before work begins and the remaining 50% due upon project completion and publication of the website.

Web Management / Hosting Pricing
Website hosting, maintenance, and ongoing website support are billed separately from website development projects.
Website Hosting: Website hosting typically starts at $25 per month depending on the needs of the website and hosting environment.
Website Maintenance: Ongoing website maintenance plans typically start at $200 per month and may include software updates, security monitoring, backups, technical support, and minor website updates.

Email Marketing Pricing
Email marketing services typically range from $200 to $1,000 per month depending on campaign frequency, list size, automation requirements, content creation needs, and overall scope.
Whether you need a monthly newsletter, automated email sequences, promotional campaigns, customer retention emails, or ongoing email strategy, we'll provide a customized quote based on your specific goals and requirements.
Please note that email platform costs, if applicable, are separate from management fees and are paid directly to the email service provider.
Marketing Consulting Pricing
Marketing consulting engagements typically start at $250 and vary based on the topics being discussed, preparation required, and overall scope of work.

Frequently Asked Questions About Pricing
How does OEPMA bill?
Advertising management services are billed on the first business day of each month based on the previous month’s advertising spend and management fees.
Website projects, creative services, and other project-based work are typically invoiced according to the scope of the project and agreed-upon payment schedule. Depending on the project, a deposit may be required before work begins.
Website hosting, maintenance plans, and other recurring services are billed monthly.
Unless otherwise specified in your proposal or agreement, most services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts.
Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date (Net 30 terms).
What type of payments does OEPMA accept?
We accept payment by cash, check, credit card, and debit card. Payment details and available payment options will be included with each invoice.
Does OEPMA require long-term contracts?
Our services are provided on a month-to-month basis. We believe our results should earn your business each month rather than relying on long-term contracts.
Is advertising spend included in your management fees?
No. Advertising spend is separate from our management fees and is paid directly to the advertising platform whenever possible. Our management fees cover strategy, campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and ongoing account management.
Do you require any deposits?
Some projects may require a deposit before work begins. Deposit requirements, if applicable, will be clearly outlined in your proposal.
Will I Own My Website, Advertising Accounts, And Content?
Yes. Clients retain ownership of their websites, advertising accounts, domain names, and content unless otherwise specified in writing. Whenever possible, advertising accounts are established in the client’s name and remain under their control.
